My name is Christin.

Most of my friends call me Chris. A few of them call me Tink (that's short for Tinker Bell). Among other things, I'm a social media and community manager. I love using technology and platforms to connect people with ideas and, more importantly, other people. I'm usually the one taking the picture, not in it. My two favorite pastimes are live tweeting/posting events and rides on the back of my husband's Harley Davidson.

I do fun stuff.

I've gotten to do a lot of really fun things since I got into marketing around 2013. I've written short content, made videos, attended and worked at several conferences, guested on some podcasts and Twitter chats as well as been interviewed by smart people.ย  That's all in addition to my work with Convince & Convert where I support the media side of the house via social media, light production and some project coordination.ย ๐Ÿ‘

While I spend most of my time having fun with C&C, I sometimes take on other projects. I usually have some bandwidth for events, social media strategy and/or execution, community management and project coordination.ย  The only things I'm really bad at are waiting tables and housework.ย ๐Ÿ‘‹ย If you see a potential fit for a project, let me know.

Some of the places I've turned up online:

CoSchedule's Actionable Marketing Podcast

l'm actually in a book! It's a really good one.

I ๐Ÿ’“ Twitter. I told Madalyn Sklar all about that.

I ๐Ÿ’“ Content Marketing Institute - and not because they called me "expert." ๐Ÿ˜‰

That random time when Gary Vaynerchuk spotted me and used me as an example. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

I talked social automation with CoSchedule.
Random shout out from Gary V? ๐Ÿ˜
I'm in a book (and it's really great!).
I ๐Ÿ’“ my friends at Content Marketing Institute.
I share a love of Twitter with Madalyn Sklar,

Those are just some of the interviews and content but they're among my favorites.

PS) I'm a *huge* fan of open sourceย and all the incredible developers who make cool things and share them for free!ย Without it/them, I wouldn't have created my first website back in 2008 nor developed a love for social media as a result. I literally wouldn't be HERE. More on that on the work-in-progress Resources page.
